This song is about a sub-group of people that have contracted the AIDS virus and have accepted their curse. They then seek out unsuspecting victims to infect with HIV/AIDS. They also seek out other Bugbreeders, via the deep web, to swap cum, share needles and transfuse blood between one another in attempts to create a super strain of the virus. Their goal is cause as much pain and destruction to the human race as possible.
